Built around the way you work.

Every project runs the same four steps: plan it, build it, hand it over, keep it healthy. You can stop after any step and keep everything we've made.

B-03 · What I build

Four areas. Start with one.

B-03.1 · WordPress
WordPress

A website you own

  • Sites built in Cornerstone that you can edit without breaking
  • Custom post types for your work: projects, events, products, people
  • Custom plugins when the off-the-shelf one doesn't fit
  • Multisite networks for families of brands under one login
  • Hosting, backups and security set up in your name

B-03.2 · Workflows
monday.com + automation

Your whole operation, on one screen

  • CRMs, project trackers and fulfillment pipelines sized for small teams
  • Client dashboards so customers see progress without emailing you
  • Two-way sync between your website and your boards, so nothing gets typed twice
  • Make.com automations: alerts, invoices to QuickBooks, reports that write themselves
  • AI where it actually saves time, never just because it's new

B-04 · Why these tools

Tools you can own and outgrow.

WordPress

The most widely used website platform. You own the site and can move it to any host, any time.

monday.com

Looks like a spreadsheet your team already understands, and grows into a full operations hub.

Make.com

Connects the apps you already pay for, so they finally talk to each other.

Your own hardware

Your files, your speed, and no monthly rent on your own memories.
B-05 · Questions

Questions owners ask.

Do I have to use all four?

No. Most clients start with one area. The systems are built to connect later if you want them to.

Who owns the accounts?

You do. Everything is set up in your name, and you get every login and key at hand-off.

I'm not technical. Is that a problem?

That's who I build for. If you can use a spreadsheet, you can run what I build.

What does it cost?

It depends on the build. The Blueprint gives you a clear estimate before you commit to anything.

Can you fix something someone else built?

Yes. Start with a Blueprint and I'll tell you what to keep and what to rebuild.

Do you work outside Southern Indiana and Louisville?

Digital builds, anywhere. For studios and racks, let's talk about where you are on the free call.
