50% Deposit / 50% at Delivery
A 33% deposit is required upon signing to reserve production dates, begin pre-production, and ensure pre-determined delivery.
The deposit is Due Upon Receipt and production scheduling is confirmed once payment has cleared.
The first payment serves as a non-refundable deposit. If the total project cost increases, monthly payments will be adjusted equally for the remaining project duration.
If the Client extends the project timeline by one month, a project management fee of $750 will be added to the project for this month and any subsequent months until the project is completed.
If services are canceled before completion, the Company will invoice for a pro-rata share of the balance due based on work completed. Payment terms may be adjusted only by mutual agreement. Accepted payment forms include ACH, credit card, or check. Credit card payments will incur a 3% fee.

This proposal, including all text, images, pricing, concepts, creative materials, and business methodologies, is confidential and constitutes proprietary information of the author. It is provided solely for the internal evaluation of the services offered. Unauthorized disclosure, duplication, or dissemination—whether in whole or in part—is strictly prohibited. Acceptance or review of this proposal signifies your agreement to maintain confidentiality and refrain from using any included ideas or materials for any purpose other than evaluation, unless a separate written agreement is executed.
