Built for you · Advertainment
Which stories inspire you?
No, I'm not kidding. The films, the books, the video games that made you feel alive. That scene that stuck with you long after the credits rolled. Yep — that's where your brand's story starts.

The moment we're living in
The walls are coming down.
The ones that kept entertainment over here and business over there — those are gone. Your competitors aren't just other companies anymore. They're studios. They're publishers. They're the show someone chose to watch instead of your ad.
The university down the street
is now a media company.
The league across town
is now a studio.
The city on the hill
is producing content to bring in talent, tourists & investment.
The brand next to you on the shelf
is building an entertainment division.
This isn't a trend. It's a trillion-dollar reallocation.
So the question isn't whether you tell stories. It's whether you're any good at it.
Where attention money is moving
Here's what that means for you.
Renting eyeballs
Earning them
Interruption
Invitation
The 30-second spot
The story people choose on purpose — and come back to
A campaign
A slate
A media buy
A newsroom
A marketing department
A publisher's instinct, a studio's discipline, and a solopreneur's nerve
A bloated agency
A solopreneur who leverages the latest tools without sacrificing their principles
Who it's built for

Meet your storyteller
The right storyteller doesn't hate your values.
My name is Kenny Stevenson. I'm a writer-director-producer with over 15 years of experience as a creator and a connoisseur of Advertainment. I grew up in Louisville, Kentucky — a blend of the alternative culture where the South meets the Midwest.
Some of the most interesting people and industries to put on camera want nothing to do with Hollywood or high-rise ad firms. It's not movies or advertising that's the problem. It's the disconnect between the elites and the people looking for an escape after a long day's work — folks who hold pro-Western values close to their chest. They've been tuning out for decades. I know what makes stories stick with them, and I do it without sacrificing my deepest principles.

How it works
I don't start with the gear.
A lot of production companies rush to talk about logistics, cameras, gear, paid placement — yada yada. That's not where I start.
01
I listen.
To you and your team — what you stand for, who you serve, and the customers you want for a long time to come.
02
I go back to the movies.
Back to our shared catalog of epic Western myths and stories that were meant to bring us together — and I pick the one that resonates with what I'm hearing.
03
I weave your story in.
Emulating, layering and combining elements of that story with yours — so the finished film speaks to you and your sensibilities.
What you walk away with
The algorithm will come and go. The story endures.
The customers you want
A video that speaks to you and your sensibilities — and attracts the right customers for a long time to come.
A conversation starter
Something your customers bring up, share, and come back to — not something they skip.
A morale booster
A meaningful display of why you and your staff do what you do.

"At a loss for words right now. You truly have a gift and the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office is grateful for your work!"

"An excellent teacher and mentor through the entire filming process to any new cast or crew on set. Had a clear vision and was fully prepared to take on the project we gave. Always was excited and happy to help anyone on set as well as off set. Equipment used during filming was very professional as well as scheduling and planning were spot on and professional as well. Every step of the process was handled with care and importance, not one part of the filming, planning, or end product felt uncared for or under planned. From start to finish this project was excellent! I don’t believe we could have asked for a better Director or company to handle our commercial for us."

"Kenny is a fantastic Director, screen/treatment writer and editor. He worked with my company on two brand anthems on set in Vancouver over a 2 day period. The logistics of shooting two different anthems in two days was challenging, but Kenny handled everything with professionalism and efficiency! The final product is something my team will utilize for years to come. He understood our need and was able to create a seamless vision."

"Kenneth jumped in with both feet for a quick-turn project to launch LeapFrog’s RockIt Twist product. Kenneth was gracious in receiving and working through feedback and diligent in keeping our schedule and budget in check with each revision. At each stage, I felt we had a chance to offer our opinions or notes on casting, location, post. We were working quickly and Kenneth managed some changes in the creative, making sure the notes were well addressed. I was very proud of the work and its clever “twist.”"

This is the new infrastructure
Every organization from here forward is a storyteller with a media library.
Not a nice-to-have. Not a department. The foundation. The organizations that understand this first won't just win attention — they'll build trust.
