My trusted steed.

A Ford E-450, stripped to the frame and rebuilt as a production office on wheels. It rolls to your set, and so do I.

The Ford E-450 production office
Why I built it

The craftsman and his tool.

It is a Ford E-450, demolished down to the box and rebuilt as a mobile production office. I think of it as my Swiss Army knife, my Excalibur. It is the one tool that does the whole job.

For ten years I watched artists get pushed further and further from their own craft, handed off to swarms of vendors, each one at arm's length from the work. I wanted the opposite. A time when the craftsman was bonded to his tool, standing in the middle of the action.

Production sovereignty, pure and simple.

And I come bundled with the unit. When you book the rig, you get the director and producer who built it, working from inside it.

Inside the rig

Everything within arm's reach.
