Discovery
Discovery is where the real problem gets found — before a single tool is chosen. I listen to you and your team, walk through how work actually moves today, and find where it leaks time and money. Then we decide together whether a system is the answer at all.

Phase 02 · Paid, standalone
Blueprint
Blueprint is where the system is drawn before it is built. I map your workflows, choose the platform and tools, and put the whole design on paper: architecture, data model, integrations, a build estimate and a timeline. Take it to any builder, or build it with me.

Phase 03
Build
Build is where the blueprint becomes a working system. I build in a staging area, connect it to your real data, and show you progress every week. Websites, platform integrations, workflows and hardware are tested against how your team actually works, not against a demo.

Phase 04
Launch & Hand-off
Hand-off is where the system goes live and becomes yours. I move it into your accounts, on your hosting and hardware, then train your team with live sessions, a plain-English guide and a short video for every routine task. You get every login, and nothing is held hostage.

Phase 05 · Optional, monthly
Care
